The William Fletcher Foundation exists to assist the development and advancement of talented artists in need, to further the cause of art education in New South Wales, and to remember and honour the artist William Fletcher.

Membership
Ordinary Membership is by application to the Board, with a joining fee of $20. Applicants should read the Constitution (PDF, 1.9 MB) (see 6.1 to 6.7), since members have a limited indemnity of $100 each, in the unlikely event that the Foundation has financial problems (See 5.1). At present, there are no annual fees.
The board may also grant two other categories of membership, to those who have given significant service and/or support to the Foundation: Life and Honorary membership: see Bylaw 1 (PDF, 45 KB).
